Meet Giulia

HEY, I'm Giulia - Personal Trainer + Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach of Evolve Strong. I'm a spunky New Jersey native living in Denver, Colorado, exploring life alongside my extraordinary partner.

I find joy in being outdoors doing all the CO things, like skiing, hiking, camping. I have a deep appreciation & passion for all movement, but favorite is strength training. Connecting with new people and sharing experiences brings fills up my cup.

My educational background includes a Bachelors and Masters degree in Health Psychology and Kinesiology from George Mason University. I hold certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Integrative Nutrition Coach, & Holistic Health and Life Coach. I've been coaching individuals of all walks of life, shapes, ages, sizes & health backgrounds since 2018. After relocating to Denver, I embarked on my life long dream of having my own health & fitness coaching practice in July of 2022!

However, I have been & am still on my own personal health journey - healing myself from a past of negative body image, chronic overexercising with limited results, cycles of binge eating & restriction, battling an unhealthy relationship with food, & more than anything feeling disconnected from my true strength & confidence. Through years of self-discovery and studying nutrition, psychology, & exercise science, I learned how to align daily actions with my health goals in sustainable ways, leading to optimal wellness, a life I love, and embracing the strong woman I am.

Motivated by my own experiences, I founded Evolve Strong with a mission to empower women on their health journeys. I aim to help them reconnect with their inner and physical strength through exercise, cultivate self-love and acceptance, find simplicity around nutrition & how to nourishing their bodies adequately, and transform their mindsets, habits, and thoughts into ones that embody confidence, health, and limitless action.
