As more & more people transition to remote or office jobs, tight hips seem to be so ubiquitous among clients I work with & really everyone I know.
Here are 6 delicious hip opening exercises you can do if you have particularly tight, angry hips that need some extra movement & loving:
If you’re sitting at a desk all day at work, I recommend doing at least 2-3 of these exercises in the morning before you leave, mid-day (if you’re working from home or you don’t look crazy doing it in the office), & again in the evening!!
