“Before working with Giulia, I was working with another trainer for almost 8 months & who was not responsive to my needs & goals. He was very focused on weight loss which made me feel like my other wins weren’t as important or worth celebrating. I just got burnout from tracking calories & macros and wanted something that was going to better support my health & fitness journey in a positive way. Building strength, training around my injuries & training in a way to rehab back from them, while working towards better habits & consistency were at the top of priority life. "I love Giulia’s authenticity, attentive listening & the transparency around her holistic approach to health, wellness & fitness.
