In person training in Denver includes live coaching, demos and cues. Choose from 1:1 personal training, group training, or hybrid.

1:1 online health & fitness coaching program. 16-week protocol to empower busy women to build a strong body they are confident in, learn to fuel without BS restrictive diets & create sustainable habits to support a healthy lifestyle they are proud of!​

Group online training. The Strong Girl Club is a weightlifting program for women who want to feel strong, build muscle & get fit af with a coach who cares! Follow a bullet-proof exercise regimen that is fun, variable, spicy & highly effective while reaching your fitness goals without totally winging it at the gym!

1:1 Online Training. Customized online training programs delivered via Evolve Strong training app. All programs are individualized to you, your fitness level, previous or current injuries / pain, health / fitness goals & available training space / equipment. Exercise demo’s, form assessment & progress / habit tracking.
